Glorieta Gardens is a 330 unit apartment community located in Opa Locka, FL. ElementZ successfully completed both interior and exterior renovations, helping to improve the community.
Work included complete interior renovations, as well as exterior stormwater drain work and full exterior renovations, including paint.
Elementz Reconstruction is overseeing the renovations and repairs at one of our distressed assets in the Florida market.
