Greg is a licensed General Contractor in six states with over 30 years of diverse leadership, planning, estimating, quality control, construction management, sales and business development experience in the construction industry.  

He has overseen major multi-family capital improvement projects throughout the Southeast for syndicators and property management firms and has completed hundreds of upscale residential new construction and remodeling projects in the greater Atlanta area.

Greg is recognized as a results-oriented problem solver committed to building long-term relationships based upon exceeding expectations and is appreciated for his excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management of multiple projects simultaneously, creativity and has a passion for quality and timeliness.  

Greg holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida and is a Decorated Naval Aviator with over 200 carrier landings, later serving as a Management Pilot for Delta Air Lines for nearly 15 years.

Greg is the father of two and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, Nancy of nearly 40 years and dog Rex.

Gary Harris serves as the Director of Procurement at ElementZ Reconstruction, where he leads the company's procurement strategy and purchasing operations. He is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services that support the company's reconstruction and renovation projects.

Gary joined ElementZ Reconstruction in March 2025, bringing more than 10 years of experience in finance, procurement, purchasing, and real estate development within the multifamily housing industry. Throughout his career, he has served in procurement buyer and procurement analyst roles, where he developed expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, budgeting, and process improvement. His background in real estate development provides him with a comprehensive understanding of project planning, construction timelines, and the operational needs of development teams.

Gary has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Liberty University. He is also a Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM). He is passionate about building strong supplier partnerships, improving procurement efficiencies, and delivering value-driven solutions that support ElementZ Reconstruction's commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.

Gary resides in Southwest Virginia with his wife and their three rescue dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water fishing and exploring the open road on his Harley-Davidson.

Eric Prather brings more than two decades of handson construction leadership to the team, with a career spanning historic renovations, custom residential builds, multifamily projects, and groundup commercial construction. Known for his ability to manage complex job sites and large subcontractor teams, Eric has overseen multimilliondollar projects across Virginia and beyond, consistently delivering highquality results on schedule and within budget.

From 2011 to 2024, Eric served as Superintendent and Project Manager for Hist: Re Partners LLC in Roanoke, where he led historic downtown renovations, luxury home transformations, and commercial builds. His work included coordinating up to 60 subcontractors, developing critical paths, resolving architectural challenges in collaboration with engineers and architects, and partnering closely with owners to refine the project vision and execution. He worked hand in hand with local building departments to ensure proper construction in accordance with local building codes, demonstrating his commitment to compliance and craftsmanship.

Before that, Eric owned and operated Modern Renovations, LLC, managing everything from estimating and permitting to handson carpentry, drywall, trim, and painting. His earlier roles with The VIP Group, Unlimited Construction, and M/I Homes further strengthened his expertise in multifamily development, finish-level coordination, punch list management, and client orientation.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Lynchburg College and completed 40hour OSHA training, reinforcing his dedication to safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible construction practices.

James Ware brings over eight years of experience in facilities management to ElementZ, where he joined in 2024. His extensive background in this field has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in managing large-scale facilities and projects.

His role at Elementz involves overseeing the operational efficiency and maintenance of the company's facilities and projects, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees.Before his tenure at Elementz, James served as the Facilities Manager at PK. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing various capital projects across the United States. His leadership and organizational skills were instrumental in the successful completion of these projects, which ranged from building renovations to the implementation of new infrastructure.

Prior to his career in facilities management, James worked as an account manager for landscape management services.This role involved coordinating with clients to design and maintain aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces. His experience in this area provided him with a strong foundation in project management and customer relations, skills that have proven invaluable in his subsequent roles.

Currently residing in Florida, James enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their cherished grandbaby.
